Shipping Within India Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day from the date of purchase. Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Express Delivery: Available at an additional charge, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days..

International Orders We ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and we offer Free International Shipping on orders over $125 USD.

Payment Options: Pay easily via Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal (under Wallets), or Bank Transfer (contact us for details). Shipping & Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery takes 3-5 days post-dispatch (subject to delays). Tracking details will be shared via email/phone.

Important Policies:

No cancellations once the order is placed. No exchange/return on international orders. Contact us for size queries before ordering. Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs charges.

RETURN INQUIRIES

HASSLE-FREE 7-Day Returns:

With Begum’s Chikankari 7-day return policy, there are no catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, lable and tags, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:

  1. You can return your purchase for up to 7 calender days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
  2. Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 3 business days to handover the item/order.
  3. Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non refundable.
  4. Orders paid using cash or online will be refunded through credits in the account
  5. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  6. Return shipping is not free
  7. Due to product limitations and hygiene reasons, the below items cannot be returned:
    1. Bottoms

Exchange policy:

Exchange with a different size item is only available if the requested size is in stock. Customers will need to provide the name and size of the item to be exchanged; a note will be escalated to the related department and the item will be picked up by the delivery representative. Once it is received, the new item will be sent. Please note that the exchange is allowed only once per order. If the exchanged order did not fit, you can request for a return.

Sales:

Order returns and exchange period is limited to 5 days (from delivery date) during the sale season.
