RETURN INQUIRIES
HASSLE-FREE 14-Day Returns:
With Begum’s Chikankari 14-day return policy, there are no catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, lable and tags, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:
1. You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
2. Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 3 business days to handover the item/order.
3. Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non refundable.
4. Orders paid using cash or online will be refunded through credits in the account
5. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
6. Return shipping is not free
7. Due to product limitations and hygiene reasons, the below items cannot be returned:

Exchange policy:
Exchange with a different size item is only available if the requested size is in stock. Customers will need to provide the name and size of the item to be exchanged; a note will be escalated to the related department and the item will be picked up by the delivery representative. Once it is received, the new item will be sent. Please note that the exchange is allowed only once per order. If the exchanged order did not fit, you can request for a return.
